Rotating Disco Light #4053

Our large six-inch Rotating Disco Light has 46 points of light and a choice of four musical tunes that will instantly transform any room into a sensory display of twirling colors and sound.

There are four different music selections to choose from – 2 stimulating disco-style tunes and 2 calming melodies.

Rotating Disco Light encourages visual and auditory attention and is also a great way to demonstrate cause and effect, teach color recognition, and help develop tracking skills.

The Rotating Disco Light can be activated by connecting to any capability/activation switch via the 1/8 jack on the side of the unit.

Note:  Not to be used by seizure-prone individuals.

The Rotating Disco Light requires 8 AA batteries (not included).  We recommend using Duracell or Energizer alkaline batteries only.  Other types of batteries supply lower voltage and the unit may not perform properly. Do not use rechargeable batteries and never mix old and new or different brands or types of batteries.

The battery compartments are located on the bottom of the toy.  Remove the battery covers and install 8 AA batteries, paying attention to battery polarity. Replace the battery covers and secure them with the screws.

An “On/Off/Volume” switch and a “Music Selection” switch are located at the back of the unit.  Turn the “On/Off/Volume” switch clockwise to turn the unit on.  Select one of the four musical tunes by turning the second knob to a number.

To activate the Disco Light connect an external capability switch with a 1/8-inch plug into the 1/8-inch jack on the side of the unit.  Be sure there are no gaps between the jack and the plug.  If you are using a momentary external capability switch, you must continue to activate the switch for the lights and music to play.

Adjust the volume level to your preference by turning the “On/Off/Volume” control either clockwise (higher volume) or counterclockwise (lower volume).

When you are finished using the device, turn the unit “OFF” by turning the “On/Off/Volume” knob counterclockwise until you hear a click.

If the Rotating Disco Light does not function correctly:

  1. Be sure that the “ON/OFF” switch is in the “ON” position.
  2. Replace the batteries paying close attention to polarity.
  3. Make sure the external capability switch is pushed all the way in and there is no gap.
  4. Try your switch with another switch-operated device to rule out the switch as the source of the problem.

If you will not be using the Rotating Disco Light for an extended amount of time, remove the batteries.

The unit can be wiped clean with any household multi-purpose cleaner and disinfectant.

Do not use abrasive cleaners, as they may scratch the surface.

Do not submerge the unit, as it will damage the electrical components.
