Technical Support and Product Troubleshooting
Please call us at 203.885.0984 for any trouble you are having with our products. We may be able to troubleshoot the problem before you return it. Please check that your batteries are correctly installed and fresh. We recommend using Alkaline batteries on our products.
Refund and Credit
Refunds are offered for returned items (except where noted) within 30 days of the delivery date. All products must be in new condition and unmarked. All original packaging, manuals and accessories must be included. Items purchased in bulk (12 or more quantity) have a 25% restocking fee. Special Orders are non-refundable, but can be repaired if defective.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All items being returned must first receive authorization. Please call us at 203.885.0984 or email at email@example.com for instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective/ damaged. We recommend you pack your item well when shipping and send via trackable method.
Any products that appear damaged and/ or defective must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of the product. Please call us at 203.885.0984 for assistance with troubleshooting. If we cannot correct the problem then we will provide instructions for shipping the product to us to assess. Please note that there is a $25 fee for any product that is returned to us and was not deemed damaged/ defective and is in good working condition.
All products sold to our US and Canadian customers come with a “90-day” Warranty for switch adapted toys and “180-day” Warranty on all other products. Products under warranty that are being returned due to malfunction, defect or electronic issues, but are otherwise in good condition, will be repaired at no cost. Repairs, alterations or modifications done by someone other than Rise & Shine Together will automatically void our warranty. After the warranty period has expired, please contact us for costs associated with repairs.
