The Massage Ball can be used as a gym ball for dexterity exercises or as a therapy ball to help develop balance skills, muscle tone, coordination, flexibility and strength. The specially textured “nubby” surface offers a gentle massaging touch which helps increase blood circulation. The nubs also add tactile and visual features to ball play or therapy.  This durable Massage Ball is made of a high-quality, anti-burst PVC material.

Inflates to: 22" Diameter

Inflation Instructions:

• Take the inserted white plug out of the ball.
• Insert the tip of your pump into the hole and begin inflating.
• Keep pumping the ball to stretch the rubber material to approximately 22 inches.
• Replace the white plug back into the hole.

Note: 

If it is hard to reach the above dimensions during the first inflation, leave the ball inflated for 1-2 days, then try to pump it again.

This toy can be wiped clean with any household multi-purpose cleaner and disinfectant.  Do not use abrasive cleaners, as they will scratch the surface of the toy.
